Capabilities
Photo-Tron can build your entire product assembly or sub-assembly based on your PCB gerber files, bills of material and manufacturing work instructions. If these documents do not exist, Photo-Tron can work with your staff to create them.
Turnkey or Consignment
Photo-Tron can provide a full turnkey service and perform all purchasing, manufacturing and testing. However if you prefer, you can provide material kits and have Photo-Tron provide the assembly service.
Through-hole
Hand solder or flow solder through-hole printed circuit boards depending on the board density, components and other requirements.
Surface Mount Technology
Produce small volume, low density surface mount boards by hand or use our semi-automatic pick and place machine for more complex boards.
Wire Harnesses
Build custom cables including simple single ended signal cables, complex harnesses and large automotive test cables.
Box Build
We can produce the entire unit including internal wiring harnesses, back-planes, operator panels and enclosures.
Stock Updates
We can update your existing production inventory with required engineering changes or product updates as required. Includes SMD or through-hole component changes, circuit changes and cable/connector changes.
