We combine engineering and manufacturing experience to produce high quality working prototypes. We can work from your design concepts or your completed PCB gerber files, bill of materials and manufacturing work instructions.
Engineering projects are typically fast paced and prototypes are on the critical path. When possible, we will pick up and drop off information, material and product to help keep your project on schedule.
Through-hole
We can hand solder or flow solder through-hole printed circuit boards depending on the board density, components and other requirements.
Surface Mount Technology
We can produce small volume, low density surface mount boards by hand or use our semi-automatic pick and place machine for more complex boards.
Wire Harnesses
We can build custom cables including simple single ended signal cables, complex harnesses and large automotive test cables.
Box Build
We can produce the entire unit including internal wiring harnesses, back-planes, operator panels and enclosures.
